1.8 Customer invoices. 6 years from the end of the corresponding accounting year. Secure deletion.
2.1 Customer/user online account information Up to 1 month from receiving notice of enacting Right to be Forgotten. Secure deletion.
2.2 Website and app user journey information Up to 1 month from receiving notice of enacting Right to be Forgotten. Secure deletion, or anonymisation where appropriate.
3.1 Emails or documents containing customer security-sensitive information such as login details. Up to 1 month from creation and less, if possible, upon customer's confirmation that purpose is fulfilled. Secure deletion.
